J.C. Faulk, MSOD founded Circles of Voices, LLC (CoV), a diversity and inclusion consulting firm through which he facilitates change processes to help organizations, non-profits, universities, and corporations move beyond obstacles of racism, discrimination, and bias.
To promote community healing and relationship building, J.C. also founded An End to Ignorance, a 501 (c)3 non-profit that uses CoV technologies on the community level throughout the United States and abroad, to address the pervasive impact of racism and other isms in our communities.
J.C. has facilitated workshops for more than 2,000 people in the past two years. His more than 20 years of entrepreneurship, community organizing, and activism has given him a unique way of seeing interacting as a diversity and inclusion consultant. He is a current OSI Baltimore Fellow and member of The Leadership in Baltimore.
